Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following instance:

1. Your order arrived visibly damaged (Grade-B and Grade-C pins are excluded) and there is no leftover inventory for an exchange.

Please note that these pins are hand crafted and minimal flaws such as slight enamel and epoxy defect such as small areas of underfill/overfill may be present and are not considered damaged pins. 

2. Send an email with your order number, pictures of damage(s) and description of damage(s). A refund label will be provided to you to send the item(s) back. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), a refund will be issued.

No refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind. All products are final sale.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are issued in the following instances:

1. Your order arrived visibly damaged (Grade-B and Grade-C pins are excluded) and there is leftover inventory for replacement. Please email your order issue with the order number and photos of damage.

2. Send an email with your order number, pictures of damage(s) and description of damage(s). A refund label will be provided to you to send the item(s) back. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), a replacement will be sent out to you the next business day.

3. Your replacement will be the same variant that you initially received. In the instance that the variant is not available for replacement, you will receive a blind-bag variant or you may choose to get a refund.
